Terms and Conditions

On receipt of your order we will reply with confirmation the item chosen is in stock and delivery date. We will forward a pro-forma invoice for all new customers or an invoice dated 30 days for account holders, (email for a credit account application form). Reply will be required to confirm invoice and delivery date is acceptable. If invoice and delivery date is acceptable Farndon House will process your order on (receipt of cheque from new customers)or Purchase order from established customers. We can debit your card for payment (if your chosen method)N.B: 3% Surcharge on all credit and debit card payments.

All artwork must be received as an eps. file format for Farndon House to proceed with an order. If your artwork is not in an eps.file format please call our office to discuss, (We can convert for a small fee). Artwork for embroidery can be accepted as a high resolution jpeg file min 300dpi.

Delivery is charged at cost on all items.

Vat charged at standard rate at time of order on all products. All prices are shown exclusive of vat on our catalogue pages.

Farndon House reserve the right to an overs and unders policy of 10%. Quantities delivered in respect of any order may vary by 10% either more or less from the quantity ordered and the customer agrees to pay for the goods actually delivered without alteration to the contract. If an exact quantity is required by the order a premium of no more than 10% of the order value may be charged.

All returns are to be authorised by Farndon House prior to any credit or replacement agreement.

Farndon House do not accept responsibility for product incorrectly printed if the proof has been approved and the product print matches the proof.

Farndon House cannot be held responsible in any form for mistakes caused by third parties.

Farndon House are specialists in Worldwide Sourcing. We cannot however be held responsible for missed deadlines due to third party delivery companies or HM Customs. Bespoke orders are undertaken in good faith and will always be completed to the best of our ability within the timescale given. Farndon House cannot be held responsible for proofs approved electronically and later refused due to colour match. Computer screen & printer colours differ from each machine. Where timescale allows a Pantone Reference will be supplied with all proofs other than bespoke clothing orders where dye colour matches are not possible to exactly match on all materials. 

Farndon House reserve the right to charge interest on all invoices not paid within the credit terms agreed and stated on the invoice. Interest will be charged at 1.5% after the first 30 days and thereafter at a respective daily rate.

All refunds part or full must be requested within 3 days of receipt of goods. Goods will be inspected in respect of the complaint before any refund is offered or issued.

All products remain the property of Farndon House until payment is received in full.
